Shipping policy

We process most orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Transit times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship for free domestically.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If a package is delayed beyond the estimate, please use the Track Order page on our site or contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep your order number handy. Prepaid return labels are provided for eligible returns. Exchange requests for a different size or color are processed as a combined return + new order where applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please photograph the packaging and the item(s) before contacting us — this helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve your issue faster.
