Thank you for shopping at Bridge Trips. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Clearance, personalized, or perishable goods are excluded unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to reflect the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will email you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
